Free & Reduced Meals

If you want to determine if you are eligible for free or reduced cost meals (Breakfast and/or Lunch), you may complete the application by clicking the link below, printing and submitting directly to: Kaela Buraczewski 2600 W. Mill Rd. Glendale, WI 53209. Paper copies of the application are also available at Glen Hills Middle School or Parkway Elementary. The free and reduced meal application can be submitted anytime during the school year. 

If your child qualifies for free or reduced price meals this school year, they are also eligible to receive Summer EBT benefits for this upcoming summer. Summer EBT provides funds for each eligible child to help with costs of food during the summer months. To learn more about this program, visit the Summer EBT page. What Your Child is Entitled to

This program provides per day, one lunch that includes one milk, at a free or reduced price of $0.40. Additional milk (or milk purchase without meal) or snack food/drink items are at your own expense. You must deposit money in your account to cover purchases.


Keeping Accounts in Good Standing

  • You are responsible for ANY negative balance from the previous school year.
  • You are responsible to pay for any milk purchases whenever milk is purchased outside of a meal.
  • If you open a-la-carte purchases for a specific child, you are responsible for those a-la-carte purchases. Sufficient money must be in your account for these additional purchases.
