Where can I view meeting agendas?
BoardDocs is an online software that archives, stores and organizes all school board meeting agendas, minutes and policies. Starting June 3, 2020, our District will be utilizing BoardDocs for all school board meetings and will begin the process of transferring our policies and archived meetings. CESA (Cooperative Education Services Agency) - Danielle Bailey
- The CESA delegate serves as the District liaison with CESA and attends the annual convention.
Foundation & PTO - Karn Cronwell
- The Foundation delegate serves as a Trustee of the Foundation. The PTO delegate serves as the District liaison.
SWSA (Southeastern Wisconsin Schools Alliance) - Katie Avalos
- The SWSA lobbies on behalf of the districts in regard to Chapter 220 and also advocates for other issues.
WASB (Wisconsin Association of School Board) - Chris Robinson
- The WASB delegate represents the Board at the annual convention and serves as a delegate to WASB policies and rules assembly. In addition, a delegate is requested to attend a WASB fall conference held in each of the 14 regions of the State.

On Wednesday August 21, 2024, the Glendale-River Hills School Board unanimously approved the following referendum question to be placed on the November 2024 ballot, for a total of $9 million.
Shall the Glendale-River Hills School District, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $4,500,000 per year for two years, for the 2024-2025 school year and the 2025-2026 school year, for non-recurring purposes consisting of operational expenses to maintain district programs?
This question is asking the community to provide a total of $9 million for two years to fund current district operations including salaries and benefits for staff, and instructional programming for students.

MEMBERS OF THE GLENDALE-RIVER HILLS SCHOOL DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD MAY ATTEND SOCIAL EVENTS OR DISTRICT SPONSORED EVENTS AND ACTIVITIESPublic notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Glendale-River Hills School Board may on occasion attend social events or district-sponsored events and activities in support of the staff and students of the school district.
No Glendale-River Hills School Board business will take place and no official action or vote will be taken.
PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC RECORDSSection 19.34(1), Wis. Stats., requires the Glendale-River Hills School District to adopt, prominently display, and make available for inspection and copying at its offices, for the guidance of the public, a notice containing a description of its organization and the established times and places at which, the legal custodian from whom, and the methods whereby, the public may obtain information and access to records in its custody, make requests for records, or obtain copies of records and the costs thereof. This Section also requires the district separately identify each position in the district that constitutes a local public office.
Notice is hereby provided of the following information required by the Wisconsin Open Records Law:
Public notice is hereby given that public records may be requested from the Glendale-River Hills School District in accordance with Board policy po8310 - Public Records. The District may also impose fees upon the requester in accordance with the Wisconsin Public Records Law. All records requests should be submitted in writing to the office of the Superintendent, Anna M. Young by email or in person at 2600 W. Mill Rd, between 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
